Mr. Dhruba Prasad Adhikari, Acting Joint Administrator of Employees Provident Fund (EPF), represents EPF, one of the promoters of Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. on the Board of the Bank from 3^rd September 2026. As an Acting Joint Administrator of EPF, Mr. Adhikari manages and administers EPF's Human Resources Management Department, Economic Administration Department, Assets Management Department, IT Department and Planning, Monitoring and Risk Management Department.

In 12 years of his service in EPF, Mr. Adhikari has handled various functions involving policies formulation, financial management & accounting, budget administration & control, strategic planning & governance, financial reporting based on IFRS/ NFRS & audit administration, regulatory compliance & risk management and branch coordination etc. Prior to his current role at EPF, he has served as a Manager at Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd. Besides, he has also discharged the responsibility of Director representing EPF in the Board of Nepal Bank Ltd., Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Ltd., Rastriya Beema Company Ltd., CBIL Capital Ltd. and National Fund Ltd.

Mr. Adhikari is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Delhi and also holds MA (Economics) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
