Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. (NSBL) organized a Leadership & Strategy Conclave 2026, with the objective of enhancing leadership synergy, encouraging knowledge sharing and strengthening performance excellence across all provinces and branches. The conclave was inaugurated by Mr. Venkata Vamsidhar Kuncha, Chairman, NSBL. Mr. Ram Kumar Tiwari, Managing Director & CEO, NSBL, Directors of NSBL, Mr. Ritesh Sinha, Mr. Bharat Raj Wasti, Ms. Apsara Upreti, Dr. Gopal Prasad Bhatta, Mr. Rajendra Poudel, Mr. Vikas Anand, Dy. CEO & Chief Operating Officer, NSBL, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Panda, Chief Financial Officer, NSBL, Dr. Hari Kumar Nepal, Director, NRB, AML/CFT Cell, Ministry of Finance, Government of Nepal, Mr. M.C. Jacob, Ex Top Executive & Trainer, State Bank of India and other senior officials from NSBL were also present during the program. The program focused on strengthening strategic leadership capabilities, fostering collaborative decision-making and aligning leadership practices with the Bank’s vision and organizational goals.
