CSR Events and Activities
As part of its corporate social responsibility initiative, Nepal SBI Bank Ltd provided solar water heater, 10 double décor beds, sanitizers and masks to Manavsewa Ashram, Pokhara. Manavsewa Ashram is a social welfare organization established in 2018 with an objective to rescue, rehabilitate and provide shelter to physically and mentally disabled people who are living in street and to make Nepal free from street dependent, homeless and helpless people within 2022. The organization with its Head Office at Hetauda, Makwanpur is providing its services from their 17 centers located at 7 provinces of Nepal.
The solar water heater, 10 double décor beds, sanitizers and masks were handed over to Mr. Homnath Timilsina, Coordinator, Gandaki Province, Manavsewa Ashram and Mr. Rajan Sapkota, District Coordinator and Head, Manavsewa Ashram, Pokhara by Mr. Venkat Nageswar Chalasani, Deputy Managing Director, International Banking Group, State Bank of India, Mr. Soma Sankara Prasad, Deputy Managing Director & Group Compliance Officer, State Bank of India, Mr. B.R.S. Satyanarayana, Chief General Manager, International Banking Group, State Bank of India (Chairman, Nepal SBI Bank Ltd), Mr. Biranchi Narayan Rath, Deputy General Manager, International Banking Group, State Bank of India, Mr. Bala Krishna Shrestha, Director, Nepal SBI Bank Ltd, Mr. Arjun Kumar Gautam, Director, Nepal SBI Bank Ltd, Ms. Bimala Subedi, Director, Nepal SBI Bank Ltd, Mr. Dipak Kumar De, Managing Director & CEO, Nepal SBI Bank Ltd and other high ranking officials of the bank amidst a small function held at their organization.
