Ms. Apsara Upreti represents general public shareholders in the Board of Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. from 2nd January 2026 for consecutive second term. She was elected, unopposed, as Director of the Bank in the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on 2nd January 2026. She is currently associated in investment, hydropower and construction business.
Ms. Upreti has more than decade of experience in the financial industry including auditing and rating segment. 
Ms. Upreti holds Chartered Accountancy (CA) degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) and Master's Degree in Business Studies (MBS). She is also a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute, USA.
