Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. (NSBL) has conducted Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities at various schools across Madhesh Province including Shree Aadarsh Basic Level School, Jeetpursimara, Bara, Shree Janata Prathamik Vidhyalaya, Hariwan, Sarlahi, Shree Janata Madhyamik Vidhyalaya Belhi Chapena, Rajgadh, Saptari, Shree Baudhik Apangataka Vidhyalaya, Rajbiraj, Saptari and Shree Dalit Janjagaran Adharbhut Vidhyalaya, Chandrapur, Rautahat. The Bank has provided educational and essential items such as Whiteboards, Chairs, Cupboards, Office Tables, School Uniforms, School Bags, Stationery and Sport Items to these schools. The initiative aims to improve the educational environment by providing essential learning resources and creating a more comfortable and motivating classroom setting. More than 800 students from poor and deprived communities benefited from this initiative. The bank has been conducting such programs in the education sector very often.
