Ms. Apsara Upreti represents general public shareholders in the Board of Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. from 4th January 2022. She was elected as Director of the Bank in the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on 4th January 2022. She is currently associated in investment, hydropower and construction business.

Ms. Upreti has more than decade of experience in the financial industry including auditing and rating segment. 

Ms. Upreti holds Chartered Accountancy (CA) degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) and Master's Degree in Business Studies (MBS). She is also a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute, USA.
