Mr. Bharat Raj Wasti, acting joint administrator of Employees Provident Fund (EPF), represents EPF, one of the promoters of Nepal SBI Bank Ltd, in the Board of Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. from 20th May 2021. As a acting joint administrator of EPF, Mr. Wasti drives EPF's Human Resources Management, Financial Administration, Information Technology, Assets Management as well as Planning, Monitoring and Risk Management.

In 26 years of his service in EPF, Mr. Wasti has held various positions across wide range of domains including the assignment of Project Analyst, Finance Analyst and various departments of EPF. Mr. Wasti has accomplished prior assignment of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NIDC Capital Markets Ltd. and chairman of NCM Merchant Banking Ltd. Besides, he has discharged the responsibility of Director representing EPF in the Board of Rastriya Beema Company Ltd., Nepal Bank Ltd. and Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Ltd. (HIDCL). 

Mr. Wasti holds Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and MA (Economics).
